By using opalmart.in or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the product-specific information shown before checkout.

• Products, prices, availability, images and delivery estimates may change or contain inadvertent errors; we may correct an error and contact you before fulfilment.
• Orders may be cancelled where a product is unavailable, an address is unserviceable, fraud indicators arise or the information shown was materially incorrect. Any eligible refund will be processed to the original method.
• Supplier-direct fulfilment means the supplier may pack and dispatch an order. This does not remove your statutory consumer rights.
• Customers must provide accurate information and must not misuse the website, payment methods or promotional codes.
• Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable law and competent courts in India will apply; any specific West Bengal jurisdiction should be confirmed by the business owner before publication.
