Supplier-Direct Fulfilment

Opalmart follows a dropshipping model: we curate and market products while an approved supplier or fulfilment partner may hold stock, pack the order and ship it directly to the customer.

We select partners based on product documentation, fulfilment capability, tracking, returns and service levels. International-origin products will be listed only after confirming customs/duty treatment, India delivery serviceability, customer support and a workable return route.

Supplier-direct fulfilment can result in separate parcels, neutral packaging and different tracking updates. The product page and order communication will provide the best available estimate.
